Wool For Sale

We have white and colored fleeces available from our Wensleydale sheep and will gladly send samples.  We sheared in May 2007 and, due to our early lambing this January, have premium lamb fleeces available.

ROVING
White roving in 4oz. balls.    $9.00 ea.
Colored (mostly black) roving in 4oz balls.    $10.00 ea.

YARN
Hand spun gray, heather, and dark charcoal gray.    $9.00 per oz.

LOCKS
White or Black Baby Doll locks.    $10.00 per 2oz pkg
 

COLORED LOCKS
Needler Felters dyed locks in various colors.  The luster is even more pronounced!    $6.00 per 1oz pkg
 

Available colors:  Violet, Orchid, Emerald, Orange, Chrome Yellow, Spruce Green, Blue, Turquiose, Pink, Coral, and Red.
 

FLEECES  May 2007 shearing: 

We have a few clean skirted lamb fleeces left; soft, fine, and lustrous.  Average weight is 2 1/2 - 3 lbs with approximate staple length 3 - 4 inches.

White or Black    $26.00 per pound

Clean skirted adult fleeces; Not quite as soft but highly lustrous!  Average weight is 3 1/2 - 5 lbs with approximate staple length 4 - 6 inches.

White    $22.00 per pound
Black or Charcoal    $25.00 per pound
